A long time visitor to Catching Lives will be exhibiting his artwork at a local gallery in Folkestone next week. Lachlan has now settled into a permanent home after being homeless and rough sleeping since 1989. He spent many years struggling on the streets, before coming to Catching Lives for the first time more than ten years ago.
After spending time with Miriam, the Arts Co-ordinator for Catching Lives, Lachlan’s artistic ability revealed itself through the weekly art workshops available to clients and, provided with the materials he needed to practice and develop his skills, has created a fantastic array of landscape paintings that will be on show from 17th to 20th February 2022 at the Touchbase Gallery in Folkestone between 11am and 4pm daily.
A motivating discussion is worth comment. I think that you ought to write more on this subject matter, it might not be a taboo subject but generally people do not discuss such subjects. To the next! All the best!!
